Visitor / Sign-In Register (xlsx) with Visitor Induction tab (60-second brief) + Contractor Induction tab; Contractor Management Procedure for any paid work on site; pre-engagement check (insurance, licensing, JSA review); hot work permit for welding/grinding within 5 m of chemical store or petrol jerry; sign-out on departure (also serves as evacuation roll-call)
