Standard Operating Procedures will appear here once Session 3 of the build is complete.

The 3 source SOPs (Snow Foam Pre-Wash, ClO₂ Odour Bomb, OD-001 Odour Removal) are vendored under src/data/sops/ awaiting refactor into the same shape as JSAs.
